IMPORTANT DETAILS
It is especially important to us to have all of our closest friends and family together for the entire weekend. On your behalf, we have already secured accommodation at Tenuta di Sticciano for three nights. The cost of this is $750 per person, to be sent to madeline.chisholm@scotiawealth.com by January 1st 2026.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM on June 19th at the main building. When you arrive, stop by reception to receive your room details.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM on June 22nd.

Breakfast and dinner will be provided each day. Breakfast is served buffet-style in the main building between 8:00 and 10:00.
Dinner details, including timing and dress codes, can be found on the schedule page of this website —please refer there for more information.
If you’re looking for something in between, the hotel has a restaurant on site where snacks and lunch are available for purchase throughout the day.
Guests are welcome to explore neighboring areas between events. Close towns include Certaldo, San Gimignano, and Volterra—all just a short drive away.

DIRECTIONS
Tenuta di Sticciano is located just 45 minutes from Florence. You can fly or take the train into Florence, and from there, either rent a car or hire a driver to take you directly to the venue.
